Over the past 25 years I have seen first hand how complicated running a business can become.

I have witnessed business owner stress from multiple vantage points: as an employee, CFO, fractional executive and, most materially, as

CEO of a national group.

I have led companies from insolvency to multi million dollar exits and, as CEO, taken a small underperforming market participant to the largest and most profitable of its kind in the nation.

What I have learned is this: value is always maximised when you know the numbers that matter and you execute relentlessly against them.

When you commit to this discipline the risk diminishes and your earnings maximise. Not through big bets. Through clarity and structured execution.

I founded GBN to scale out this discpline to owners and decision-makers, who know their business is capable of more.
